question about paint.

this probably is a weird question, but here goes. when they build the vipers, are the panels already painted when they put them together or do they paint the car after the panels are installed??

I think they are painted before assembly. This is based off of member photos at the Connor plant

Yes, from 2003-2006, they were prepainted at ASC. For the 2008s they have been painted at Saleen. They are then shipped to CAAP for assembly.
