I saw that, but wanted to confirm for SRTs in case there was any reason for variance, plus that wasn't the most definitive thread in the way of responses.

I know I'll get hammered for this, but I've never used a torque wrench for any plug change I've ever done on a car. Not bragging, just never seemed necessary. Most plugs have a sort of crush washer, so you just tighten them until they don't turn easily with the ratchet, then tighten them a little more - a 1/4 turn. Even less scientific, easier method MANY use is to finger tighten them, then use the wrench to turn them another 1/2 turn. No need to manhandle them, nor will they go anywhere once snug, at least in my experience.

Do you guys use a torque wrench on your drainplugs too??;)

Definitive answer: For YOUR 2005 SRT-10, the 2005 Service Manual chart shows 27 N.m or 20 ft-lbs. of torque for spark plugs.

I understand, I hadn't in the past before either, just trying to do the right thing! ;)
