spring lowering ?

a while back I saw an ad somewhere, maybe it was a post on here, can't find anything, about spring perches that were cut differently to allow about 1/2" to 3/4" lower stance. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Don't remember where I saw them for sale, e-bay maybe? Need to get my hands on some.

I've got an extra set of shocks and Eibach springs that will lower you Viper about one inch if you're interested.
