Hi fellow Viper owners.

About two years ago I found out my Viper’s engine block was replaced with a block that had both recalls (R28+R29) open, meaning the previous car hadn’t been inspected for these recalls, nor did they have the engine replaced.

The engine spun bearings with the previous owner 1 recorded time, and spun the bearings 2 times with me, the second time happened around a month after being rebuilt. That’s a total of 3 recorded times.

Turns out everything had been poorly rebuilt, the engine, the transmission, probably the differential too. By the end of last year I found out the body had painted panels as well, and I filed for fraud.

Unfortunately, I can’t stop thinking about the matter. I’m suspecting that this is a title wash. The group that sold me the car also sold salvage vipers for tons of money in the GCC. They sold a crashed/salvage gen 5 as a GTSR for 260k USD, then the seller showroom deleted the photos on ig. They also have a gen 4 car turned gen V GTSR. I got the proof but I can’t publicly share it.

I need detailed answers regarding the recalls, the transmission, the diff, the frame, and I need the information to be verifiable.
How do I know everything is from a gen 5 and not 4?

If a person who has worked in the assembly factory can answer me privately in the form they prefer, that would be great. In turn, I will share my personal information in documents regarding vehicle ownership, and case number.

Thanks in advance.
