T03/T04 Hybrid Garrett Turbos

I've read that this setup with the T03/T04 hybrid Turbos is not great on a Viper - is this true? Anybody running this setup? Thanks, Ron.

Don't know about the setup, but it scares me when the manufacturers don't even know what cars their application fits:

"NEW GARRETT TWIN TURBO KIT FOR '92 - '02 (Gen 2) DODGE VIPER."

The Gen 1 Vipers will now be referred to as the 89' concept ONLY. Everyone else has a Gen 2

Did a search and found not too many positive remarks about Elite. Even though the setup for sale was purchased from them, it is Garrett, Tial, and HKS parts - it is not like Elite made them. Does this count for anything?
