Uploading pictures

I can't seem to find the upload section in the media gallery. Something has changed since I was able to upload pictures before. Can someone tell me how to upload pictures.............

I've got a similar problem trying to get into My Gallery - says username / password combination is invalid?

ask for a NEW password. the password to get into the forums will not work for the galleries too. atleast it didnt for me.
