One of my furnaces in my house needed a little work today and I ventured into the attic to check it out. While I was up there I noticed two boxes with my toy cars. Since I'm finishing parts of my garage I figured these would make great decorations and decided to bring them down. I found some stuff I have forgotten about.

This first one is a "Collector's Set" of Chrysler cars. The Viper is the blue w/white stripes:

This is the coolest thing I found, an unopened set of the Daytona Coupe and Viper GTS. These cars are about the size of normal HotWheels cars but are highly detailed and came with a hard plastic display case:

Just some other vipers I had:

I remember buying this thing in high school (I graduated in '97). Its exactly the car I have in my basement. I guess no one can argue I haven't always wanted a GenI RT/10 red w/gray interior:

This baby look familiar? Its the Dodge Sidewinder Concept and its very much like the Chevrolet SSR:

Most of these cars are unopened, I wonder if they are worth anything?

I think the Chrysler Heritage set may be the best of all of those pieces. I collect Viper stuff and I have never seen one before.

I have a pretty cool Chevrolet set like the Chrysler one that has all 5 generations of corvettes, its pretty nice too...

It's great that I still have these. My Mother used to scream at me all the time for wasting my money on them, but she's always happy to take a ride in my real cars now...

it's normal for the small cars because they are easy to lose when they are removed. Besides, some of those have really nice packaging. They were decorations in my rooms in high school and college...

Cool collection! I LOVE the Blue/White (because they are like mine I suppose) :headbang:
In the early to mid '90's, the wife and I were addicted to Nascar collectibles. I still have over 600 die-cast cars, haulers, banks, etc. in my computer room. I have everything from 1/64 scale to 1/18 scale. The walls are filled, desk is filled, tables are filled, some are placed in order on the floor, over 50 posters, and all are still in the original packaging. I have most of the 1st Nascar series of 1/64 scale ever made, including my Nascar hero..Dale Earnhardt Sr. I have no idea how many thousands of dollars worth (when we bought them). Maybe someday I'll get rid of them...

I spent many a' days out on the dirt pile playing with that same yellow RT/10 you got there. I also have that same special edition corvette set you got hidden behind it :p Yours looks like its in much better condition then mine though.

Just like the red RT/10, I have the yellow and a blue/white GTS and a red GTS...

I also have several copperhead concept models, anyone remember that? I always figured that would be the Viper I could afford...
