Visit to CAAP

I want to visit CAAP before they start the changeover to VGX. Is there a good time in the next couple of months that might also allow a Viper/automotive related side trip in the area? Air fares are good right now and they should appreciate the business.

Also, what day of the week is best to visit? Thanks.

The recorded message at CAAP to schedule tours says that "Tours Are Cancelled Indefinitely." And some portions of CAAP are/were otherwise off-limits anyway. Security MAY be an issue. VGX PPV frame-ups are going on NOW at CAAP, with bodywork being done at FREC. Then, closed-shop alignments back at CAAP.

THAT SAID: IF you are a VCA member whose VCA president or ZD or DAL interceeds for you and IDs you........ AND you are flexible in dates to accomodate production....... chances are you can get a CAAP tour.

The best days to visit have historically be Wed and Thurs, but that may be totally bassackwards now w/ VGX around.

Thanks Jon, I guess we will try to make it a New Mexico region official tour. Maybe that will get us a visit.
