What drag strip tires do you guys use and how do you launch?

I've done a little bit of dragging on the Pilot street tires and today put on a set of BFGoodrich G-force street/slicks. The street slicks need a lot of heating up but aren't bad once hot. The streets obviously don't need the heat but are never sticky enough. My questions are:

1. What tires for 1/4 mile do you like best.

2. What is your 60 foot times and how do you launch? (soft leave, drop clutch at 2400 rpm, etc.)

I just got a set of the puner slicks, but havent had a chance to go to the track. On street tires, I have tried every thing to launch and the tires just spin. I have been rolling out slow then hit the gas, dont slam the gears hard or the tires will break loose bad. I hope to get some good times with the new wheels.
