what size socket?

please can someone tell me the size of socket I need to rotate the crank. thanks.

I "think" it's 1-1/4"

The parts manual says the crank bolt is a 3/4-16 x 2.25. If it's a typical bolt, the head size would be 1 1/8"

Thanks , I need to know as some idiot in the factory forgot to put stem valve seals on one side of the block from new. No wonder the car was using oil .

I wonder how many left the factory with these missing?

1 1/4" for sure. After snapping the head off my torque wrench I'll not soon forget!
