J DAWG ~ PM Sent....maybe you still have your for sale?

Sorry guys. I know this is super old BUT i was wondering if anyone still had a trim plate for sale?
I sent "peakcompletions" a check to buy his, he got it and **** i never recieved the trim plate and i e-mailed him about 20 times and NO RESPONSE! I'd like to think he is a trusting guy and just busy or something because i'm a pretty forgiving person and it was only 45 bucks but damn that was about 4 months ago! Did you forget about me "PEAKCOMPLETIONS"? Karma is a biotch!
Anyway does anyone have one for sale?

JUCD, I think they look good but you may want to think about pop riveting the trim plate on. The hardware they are using looks a little obtrusive JMO!

I was contemplating fabricating a custom one out of aluminum, polish the heck out of it, maybe clear coat it/wet sand/polish, and install with the thin double-side 3M tape...but then I just decided to go for a cruise instead. Could also paint to the body/stripe color in order to better "frame" the exhaust, but again, time/labor/level of committment.

For my 2 cents worth in keeping with the original concept of the Viper if it doesn't make it go faster don't put it on. I am always trying to find ways to make my car weigh less not more.

While on the subject of rear ends...........

Has anyone seen any creative solution to covering the rear exhaust opening when a GEN2 car is converted to side exhaust?

I was thinking maybe some kind of body colored filler panel or something?

Send me your address and I'll send you a polished stainless steel trim plate, no cost to you. I don't like seeing a serviceman getting shorted. :usa:

Yes, that's the one.

BTW, my daughter has Autovation pedals in her Prelude but hers are not the color of her car.

And rice! BTW, exhaust heat shields are totally functional too especially when you have motor mods and blow some flames out the back when letting off. Why are your functional mods not rice when other people's functional mods are rice?
