Why does HP and Torque cross over at 5200 RPM

Well after many dyno runs in my OOGTS, and looking at many slips from other cars, I have a question. Why does the HP and Torque cross over at 5200 RPM. Everyone who has run at the dyno, look at your slips and you will see what I mean.

Dinner for two if you can figure this one out :cool:

all dyno graphs will have the HP and torque cross at 5250 rpm.....

it's because torque is a calculation based on RPM's and power...

US Torque = (5250 P ) / n

* P hp
* n rpm
