Will a B&B w/ high flow cats pass NY inspection??

Im looking to put a cat back on my GTS, and i am very interested in the B&B setup. However im having a little trouble understanding where the mufflers are located, since this exhaust has an x-pipe where the socks were located. Are they right after the cats in the side sills? Also will a cat-simulator allow me to pass the inspection, or is that only so i do not get the light on my dash?
And do u believe that it would pass inspection w/ a high flow cat setup? ...sorry for all the questions, but i appreciate all the help.

yes, with a high flow cat (good ones, like Random Tech) it will pass inspection. I do not know if NY city is different, but upstate, they do not sniff, just plug into the OBD-2 port and check for codes. As long as your check engine light is off, you will pass.

yup will pass. i have roe SC, B&B headers, catback and RT hiflo cats. no problems
