WOW! We saw Biff\'s new hardtop yesterday., Details within.
Saturday, the VA/MD region conducted a tech yesterday at Heffner's Performance Shop, and Biff showed up with his new hardtop, and "stole the show!". His top is absolutely gorgeous, and installs on all Gen1 RT/10's in minutes. That's right, no sports bar pad removal as with the OEM hardtop. Also once installed, it is a tighter fit than the OEM hardtop. If you're a Gen1 owner with no hardtop, and are looking for a solution that will allow you to get the most enjoyment out of your car, then his hardtop (preferably with Vmania windows) is the way to go, IMHO. And, as always you'll get that world class service that Biff has been known for.
As for the tech session, it was great! We learned to change brake fluid, and install new pads on both front and rear wheels. Great for "wannabee" mechanics like myself. Thanks to Jason Heffner for hosting the session, and providing for an informative afternoon, and thanks to Andy Levitt for organinzing the event. Is this club great, or what?
