I have a Chrysler dealership 10 miles away that could supply my viper needs, Do i use them, hell no, for the parts i have needed i go to chuck who's 3000 miles away in another country on another continent, and i still get them quicker.

Chuck, as baz said, you have the Uk support, I'll even buy an 08 ACR from you if i have to and you can find me one.

Chuck, I can't say it any better than everyone who has already written. You were there for my first look at a viper and are a big reason I'm an owner now. ANYTHING you need, we're all behind you.

Chuck is the man, and has always been the first point of contact and advice formy Mopar parts, you'd think Chrysler would want to make the most of the Tator's dodge history..

Best Wishes Wizard, as mentioned previously if there's anything we can do for you
Its always a pleasure to buy you a pint or two when your over

sad to hear...I have not talked to Chuck or been to his dealership but I hear nothing but good things. If I ever move back to NY it is the only place I will take my Viper!

btw...what 05 models do you still have?

Chuck gets my vote as well for the benchmark in how customer service should be!:2tu:

He has helped me and several other viper folks I have refered his way to many times to count. Fortunately I have not had to call him in a while, which means nothing is broke or in need of diagnosing!
Thanks for all the help and I hope to get back up to Tator's Dodge for a tech session or something. It is just a cool place with good people!:usa:

What is the matter with these guys, is money everything?

Customer service is what it is all about at the end of the day and Chuck has that by the bucketload!!

Chuck thanks for all your help with my 93, I think you have an opportunity to make some serious money by running courses on "How to look after your customers, so they keep coming back"
1st customers- Chrysler

If I can help......3000 miles is not that far

Forget an email campaign. Handwritten/typed letters carry more weight with the beancounters.

Don't know if it will help, but I just contacted AutoWeek.

Chuck has helped me before, and I will do what I can to help him.

Thank you Chuck!

I don't need to know you personally - to know that you're one helluva good person, a stand up guy and a great mechanic and friend to many people here.

Keep that NRA attitude, and fight like Heston did for those that believe in the right to own/carry guns !

Shooting lessons given everyday at 3:00

what Caliber ? what yard line ? you got any 10x targets, or do I need to bring em ??

I don't know what myself or hundreds (if not thousands) of other Viper owners and this community as a whole would do without Chuck Tator. I'm here to help!

Chuck,
the article is interesting, its sad, but its not surprising. The dealership is unbelieveable for anyone who has not seen it. Not only should the shop be left alone, it should be air lifted to the Smithsonian! The leather belt driven tools are awesome and speak to a different era !! Anyway like others have said..any support count me in. Regards..Billy

Chuck's predicament is simply disgusting. It's corporate greed and small mindedness at it worst!

Oh man... I completely agree! I wish there was something we could do. I own an Avenger and a Viper and now I'm ashamed of what Chrysler is doing to Tator's Dodge. How does Chuck's dealership harm them in any way? I just can't understand it.

Best wishes Chuck. You have my sympathies and whatever support I can give you!

This is sad to hear, but not a big surprise with the way the US is treating the smaller business guys these days. Chuck's customer service is the best and DC needs to take some lessons from him. He is the only guy I trust with my car and the only person I buy factory parts from (I am very picky and replace parts if they have a tiny mark on them). Plus, he is one hell of a nice guy. We need to do something to support Chuck and Tator's Dodge.

Private equity comes in, tries to turn a buck and burns the house down in the process. It will be interesting to see where Chrysler is in 5 years if it survives. Chuck always gave me good advice on Vipers and any other Chrysler product that I was interested in buying even if it was not coming from him. Like others have said, he has sold more Chrysler products than many realize and deserves all the support he can get from the Viper community.

Chuck, If there is anything I can do to help you let me know. I'm sure the Viper community will support you to the "MAX" on this. You have been my saving grace many times over through the years on parts, knowledge, and advise. Thanks, Ken
