I called Potamkin Rivera Dodge in FL for a set of gaskets for my R/T 10, not only did they keep me waiting on the line for 20 minutes (I'm in Argentina), but they quoted $1100!! Is this correct? Funny thing is the seller asked if the 93 is a convertible! Where can I get good prices and better service? Gary

Check online at various Chrysler/Mopar dealers. I found the complete gasket set for a GEN1 for $780. :2tu:

Do you know exactly which gaskets you need?
This is a list of the gaskets that are involved with a Gen 1 Viper

2 Cylinder Head Gaskets
24 Head Bolts (you have to replace when heads are removed)
2 Intake Gaskets
2 Exhaust Gaskets
2 Throttle Body Gaskets
1 IAC Motor Gasket
2 Valve Cover Gaskets
1 Front Timing Cover Gasket
1 Front Crank Seal
1 Water Pump Gasket
1 Thermostat Gasket
4 Crossover Gaskets
1 Rear Main Seal Cover Gasket
1 Rear Main Seal
1 Oil Pan Gasket
1 Oil Filter Housing Gasket

The Head Gaskets alone Retail from Dodge for $389.00 themselves. We also sale Dodge Gaskets. Email me and I will see if I can beat their price on the exact same gaskets they are trying to sell you.

I believe the $1,000 quote is for an upper gasket set. I'm not sure what it contains. Call Chuck Tator he can tell you what you will need and give you a 20% discount on the item.
