I did stop at my goal and didn't push it any further. Sean told me to advance the timing 3.5 degrees in the midrange and I only advanced it 1.5 degrees.
8-8.5psi of boost
I don't have a wide band yet but plan on getting one. probably the FJO wideband.
You can set up the VEC2 cards with the VEC2 software very easily. Once you understand how the system works it is very easy. I got the software last friday and feel that I could dyno tune my car by myself but on the road I need to be educated a little more. You can buy a card burner with the software for$50-60.
The VEC2 does go back for, what I am told, the last time. I sure hope so. Sean set the system up so you can do any future updates with a serial adaptor.
Congratulations, nice RWHP & RWTQ numbers. But, hey will you stop now as you sig says at 750 RWTQ...me thinks not, (big grin)?
What psi are you running, please tell us more, do you have wide band O2s? Can you set it all up from a lap top with the software, you have to write a program to the card yeah (does the new software come with a card burner)? Would be interested to know how long it all took you, learning the software etc? Does the VEC2 have to go back for some sort of mod to use this new software? (I ask a lot of questions don't I)! Thanks.

I have been running 12:1 since I have had my roe sc and never had any problems. Before the new fuel pump my top end a/f was upto 12.5:1 so now it is less. I am running a 650R cam from H M S. I don't know the specs but it is not a blower cam.
My dyno graph is similiar to my last one with the numbers climbing quite a bit higher in the midrange and a measureable difference across the entire rpm band. It is truely amazing what 1.5 degrees of advance will give you.
