Air filters.

Are the 2 rectangular air filters in my '00 ACR, dealer only items or does anyone know of another cross reference? They look like conventional white paper filters.
The car came from the Florida area where I suspect it was raced. Its black with silver stripes. Anyone have any info on it?

That's odd... I thought ACR's came standard with K&N filters, which should be more pinkish in color. Do you have the stock box?

I don't have an ACR, but from my understanding, the only difference with the intake was the addition of smooth tubes and K&N's. If that is the case, then DON'T go with a dealer filter, and buy yourself two K&N's (I did, and it works better). Should be stock sizes. JonB or Sean Roe (he sells an equivalent to the K&N) should be able to hook you up... I think they were $75 for two of them.

Anyone with an ACR care to chime in?

Achilles is correct... our 99 ACR came with K&N's...sounds like Jerrydey's ACR has had a substitution.
