Just a thought but what about the 30 day warrenty required? Is it not available in FL? I thought you mentioned you purchased the car three weeks ago. Well here in VA that dealership would be liable regardless of what they disclosed. Maybe it isn't their fault but it's the easy way to solve the problem. Make the dealership fight your battle. JMO.
