Anyone know what Elephant Snot is?

I've heard this is some greasy snot green stuff

you plaster all over the front of your car when you are at the track.

It protects the paint and is easily removed at the end of the day.

Elephant snot is the street name for the tire inflator in a can that has puncture sealant.
Name originates from watching the grey colored sealant that is dispensed though a clear hose coming from the top of the can.

While in an emergency such a pressurized can may seal your puncture, it is not designed to be permanent, and indeed may make your puncture unrepairable.

In addition tire repair technicians have a nasty mess on their hands if they need to remove the tire from the wheel.

Some offroaders use it as a puncture preventative.
Also some issues with tire balance.
