Anyone use the Car Dealer Inter-Auction Transportation System to ship a car?

There is a transportation network that connects all the Dealer Auctions in the US.

Car dealers use it and it is probably the cheapest way to ship a car.

I'm trying my contacts currently, but it is taking a lot of time. So I was wondering if anyone has already done this and is the cost rock bottom.
