Mostly street but some track events (5 to 10 per year). Advice on best compromise shock / spring set up without leaving an arm and a leg? Where to get them? Will SRT-10 shocks / springs fit an 01 GTS - ACR?

What is your pricerange? Your question is waaaay to broad without this info. Looking at your mods in the power dept. you probably could afford Motons...

You would have to spend thousands to improve on what you already have. Assuming your talking about your ACR.

If you are looking to get faster at the track I would suggest investing in yourself. Get more time in the driver's seat. Putting expensive suspension on your car will not lower your times or make you faster on the track. Some of the fastest guys in the Viper Days series run stock suspension. Good luck.

More info;

I'm trying to avoid hitting the ceiling of the car when I go over bumps on the street / freeway and yet still get some decent performance on the track. I've lowered both seats and it's still happening (6'4" - long torso).

Price isn't really too important, but always a factor. I'm looking at Roe Racing's koni set up for about $1600.00. They say they can vary the springs according to my useage. I'll probably put Motons on the SRT-10.

I hear that the stock GTS shocks / springs are pretty good. I can tell you that the stock dynamic shocks on my 01 ACR are lousy for the street.

I have some "seat time" and more will come, though I'm not looking to be the fastest on the road course.

I've heard that SRT-10 shocks are too long to fit on a GTS.

Any more info / input would be helpful.

If you know how to drive (and tune a suspension) it will.

Otherwise, I agree with your post.
