Can you adjust the window lowering level when opening doors?

It seems the window on the driver side goes down lower when you open the door than the pass side window. Is this adjustable? How?

You probably have to take it to a tech. When my pass side window regulator when out, the tech removed the window. I need to go back for an adjustment, it doesn't wanna go down when the door is closed. Gettin stuck on rubber molding on the door or top.

It can be adjusted using the scan tool and can also be adjusted manually to tilt "in" more preventing wind noise or hitting in the roof when opening.
