No dealer in Charlotte stands out as being Viper friendly. I'd drive a little further up I-85 to M&L Motors in Lexington, NC. Jackie Kerley is the Service manager and John Cole is the GM. Owner has a Viper, as does Jackie. Please tell them I sent you. They are Viper friendly and will treat you right. While you are there, pick up some famous Lexington Barbeque... Let me know your address so that we can transfer your VCA membership!

ViperDays is on July 20th-22nd, there's another recent thread with questions about it also (it's at VIR at the border of VA/NC, probably about 3 hours from Charlotte).
