My car is in the shop right now, and it does not start, and the Dodge dealership has stated that they are having issue with communication with the CPU, anyone else ever had this issue?

Update: Turns out I the CPU was zapped. So the CPU in it was a Roe Racing CPU, I sent to the dealership the stock CPU, and when they plugged it in "Vrooom" it lit up. I may send the Roe CPU out to get fixed later this year tho.

I flew up there and drove it for a day, The Roe CPU added ALOT of chop to the car's idle. The OEM computer is super tame. The thing Im now contending with is the gear wine (whine?) is over powering and the trans needs rebuilt/replaced. So I stuffed it back in the NATMUS museum

What do you mean by a Roe CPU? Do you mean a piggy-back VEC2/3 or a stock ECU that ROE tuned?

It sounds like the later .... if they tuned it then presumably you arn't stock so you should go to a dyno to be dyno tuned with something modern like HP Tuners. If it's basical mods the stock tune is probably good enough for the time being; if you're heavily modified or f/i, stock tune could make the engine go boom.
