Norman,

Rutted roads are the nemesis of any car with wide tires - especially Vipers and Lambos. The more negative camber you dial in, the worse off you will be because of a phenomenon called camber thrust. I'd say you have these choices - 1) find alternate routes to avoid some of the worst roads, 2) keep the tires near 0 camber and 3) straddle the ruts instead of tracking in them.

I have seen quite a bit of talk on custom specs for racing. I, on the other hand, do not race and would like some input on custom specs for aligning my 98 GTS for driveability. If you have any input, please let me know. I don't like the way this car wanders all over the road when it is rutted. My Syclones used to do this until I used some custom specs and now it drives straight as an arrow with little to no wandering.

My wife said the Viper feels unsafe to her. I tend to agree.

Thanks for your help in advance.
