Hi, this is my first post. I have an RSI tuned SRT-10 (the 750 conversaion) and my main ****** is the stock dampers - it seems to have no compression and bounces along the road uncontrollably on anything other than a poo9l table.

Any advice out there or recommendations for alternative dampers and if they will make the car more road friendly?

Welcome to the VCA site!
This discussion came up at VOI in the SRT Tech Sessions!

There are alternatives all the way from $369 ~ $5000+
And the Konis you have installed are adjustable, but NOT in the direction you seek.... call for more..........my bet is you are a "Big" guy...

Yes the car could use a good set of shocks but to road race this car you need to do the oil pan mod(2K), add rollbar another 2k,new rubber(non-run flats) almost another 2k,team tech belts $800 or so. What I have mentioned are a must if you are going to track the car. That is a fair chunk of change already, then the motons are going to cost you another 4k. I think the car could use the comp. coupe rear end,the 3.55 gear help alot but I still had trouble getting the unloaded tire to stop spinning out of corners. If I add anything else to my srt I will be in unlimited and trying to compete against comp. coupes and other gt-1 cars on hoosiers.
