I was thinking about doing a SRT brake upgrade on my GTS and going white. Does anyone have this done on their white SRT's? If so please post pics... :2tu:

If you could post a large version of your avatar I could try and PS the calipers white for you.

Ok, thats not going to work, but thanks. Do you have the color version of your avatar or was it only taken in B & W? I guess I should as this question though... Are your calipers red or black? If red, then I can change them. If black, its a no-go.

Do you just want to see white calipers no matter the color of the Viper?

Cleaning aside, I would also wonder if white calipers would yellow over time because of the heat.

I've seen white lambos and ferraris with white calipers and it looked great.

Can't be that bad, besides I wash my car everything other day... ;)

Simms,

My car is actually not a mamba white, it's got more of a yellowish pearl so calipers getting yellow would actually blend in.

Austin,

That is not a black and white pic, my car is black and white and the current calipers are black. Here's a more colorful pic...

I have never had hardly a drop of brake dust when you use the Green pads.It sure makes keeping the rims clean and looking good alot easier.

:2tu: I've ordered my SRT rotors in white with black viper logo...I'll post pics once they are installed...

Bringing back old thread but my calipers are mounted. The car is dirty and the calipers are new so they look really bright, washing the car tomorrow....

White isn't contrast enough, blends in too much. Invert the wheel colors and it would be a little better.

+1, and those wheels look weird blending in with the tire like they are missing the barrel. maybe its just my computer monitor:dunno:
