Downtown Somerville, New Jersey Cruise Night (Date Change)

The new date for The Third Annual Downtown Somerville Cruise Night is July 22. There was a conflict with dates between the Cruise night officials and the Borough Hall. For anyone who wants to caravan into town, the meeting place will be the rear (south end) of the Bridgewater Commons Mall by Macy's at the intersections of I287, routes 206 and 202 at 5:30. The caravan will leave for Somerville, a ten minute drive, at 6:00. For those who can not be there on time, just head for downtown Somerville, N.J. 08876, (Main St. and Bridge St.) and the Cruise Night officials will guide you to the "Snake Pit". This event, held every Friday in the summer draws upward of 300 vintage, custom, and exotic cars, trucks and motorcycles. We will be having dinner (optional) at Verve, right across the street and with a clear view of the Snake Pit. We have only enough room for about forty people in our dining room, so register now. This is a rain or shine event. If it rains, bring your daily driver. The cost PP for dinner (the Cruise is free) is 45.00 (cash bar) which includes a donation to D.A.R.E. Maybe for those who can meet up earlier, there can be two caravans over to Main St.? One lets say that arrives at Main St. before 6? I had a hard time chasing all those old ladies out last year and hold the parking spots for you guys.
