Just got back from the Dyno. Dyno'd our 93 with smooth tubes/k&n and no mufflers. Basically stock. Put down 365 to the rear wheels. Also, the car has 62k on the clock but 41k on an Arrow rebuild. Don't know if the 365/411tq is good. I assume it's pretty good with a Gen 1 with 42k. I believe the tq is low due to no mufflers and lack of back pressure. Ok, now for the nitrous, with a 100 shot it made 444, with 150 shot 488/626, and 200 shot 524/702tq. The 150 shot was running a/f at 11 11.5 (jets 41/21), the 200 shot is running a/f rich aT 10.X. very rich. Jets for 200 are 52/33 and I'm going to go to 52/31 to lean it out a bit. Any help or comments would be appreciated.

The starting numbers are low, there are a lot of Gen 1's putting down 390 stock. The nitrous numbers are right on. One thing you have to look at is the power under the curve. Every nitrous car that I have seen without headers has very brief torque curve. A car with headers maintains the torque with minor drop off from peak. In general, without headers the torque plummets after 3,600 rpm's.

The comment on the Mustang dyno may no longer be true, they have released a software upgrade that can track the the Dynojet numbers. It is not standard and not all operators know about it.
