Gen 1 vs. Gen 2 fuel injectors

Anyone know what the difference is between Gen 1 vs. Gen 2 fuel injectors? Is there any performance gain. What if the exhuast/intake are upgraded in a Gen 1 engine? Thanks, MGH

GenI is 25 lb/hr (black tops).

GenII is 29 lb/hr (red tops).

You would only see a gain if you do some mods that need more fuel.

I think this is a common upgrade for GenI cars as you get close to maxing out the stock injectors.
