Since I don't have cats my beautifull corsa's get black after
a short run.So I got aggrivated with cleaners and decided to
get serious with metal on metal,I TRIED STEEL WOOL.
Instantly cleans the soot off without a scratch!

I've got cats, and experience the same issue. Just a side note, "mothers polish" works really nice as well.

You forgot which grade you used. Is it 00, 000, or 0000? It does make a difference. Some will just scratch the crap out of you chrome.

Actually I use Wheel cleaner spray to maintain.
It's the fastest and least amount of work.
This time I went a couple weeks without cleaning and
the pastes and spray cleaners weren't cutting it,so
the steel wool/brillo is handy.
Thanks ya'll
