It's not too low. That's around market value. I got my 94 in mint condition with 9,000 miles for a little less.

6 months ago I flew from San Francisco to Denver and bought a 95
Viper with 17000 mi. on it for $38000.00 with air. It now has
28000 mi on it and I have had no problems at all. The car was advertised on the VCA board and I called him the day he posted
the add and said I would be there the next day. He had a number of other people waiting to look at it but I got to it first and I had the cash. Emerald green with tan interior and chrome rims.

Get under the car and check the sides of the block for any trace of antifreeze leakage from the head gaskets. If you see any leakage, don't buy it. Look for one without any sign of leakage or find a car that has already been repaired by Chrysler.
