is this noise normal?

new owner of a 98 rt/10. noticed when I put the car in reverse and step on the brake it makes a noise. the noise seems to be connected to the emergency break. If i pull up on the emergency break the noise becomes more pronounced. to describe the sound...kind of like the when you roll your r's in spanish...or like a purr. let me know if you want more details.

84 views and no replies...surely some of you are owners of rt/10's and either have experienced this or have not...I'm wondering if it is something normal in the car or if it needs to be checked out. Thanks

Went into reverse and hit the brakes several times today to see if I could hear a similar sound in my '99 RT/10....Nothing.
