Need info on gts lift glass, support cylinders.

My rear glass will not stay up anymore but slowly drops down when glass is released. Have any of you experienced this?? Im hoping my chrysler extended warranty will cover new cylinders but they are usually not worth the paper they are written on. I was surprised to see in dodgeparts.com that each cylinder was only $32.00. Is there an adjustment for these? I could not find one. Are they easy to replace? Thanks.

can get these almost anywhere...
got mine at advance auto for about $24 each with lifetime warranty. took 3 days special order. Easy install. pop the clips(caps) and they come off with a "POP". just do 1 at a time with someone else holding glass.
