It's a shame the internet the only place we can find articles supporting the Viper.

We ought to figure out some way for Eric to get some more exposure for this article. You're right, he gets it!

Nice Read.
I especially enjoyed this...

As ultra-performance cars go, there's nothing out there that's hairier than the Viper--a machine as intimidating to people who haven't got the native skill, training--and nerves of steel--to keep it under control as it is to the frightened folk around it. There are only a few new cars left that need more than a couple of hours to master. This is one of them. Your reward, though, is the same sense of accomplishment a champion bronco buster must feel. It is a "driver's car" in the proper meaning of that much-overused term.

Oh, the joys of having the baddest ride on the block :headbang:

I only hope that there will still be enough gasoline around when I'm 80 so that I can take it out for a good tire burning!

Best freak'in Viper article I ever read. Bar none.

This guy should be an honorary VCA member, if he doesn't already own a Viper!

Finally an article that accurately depicts the Viper for what it really is. Reading it made me feel goooooood all over!!!

I'll second the motion for Eric to become an honorary VCA member.

I don't see any article. Please post contents. All I can find is a slide show with one Viper picture.

To the comment that we only find positive comments on the internet, I don't find that to be myi experience. There was a recent comparo between the SRT and the new Ford GT, and the Viper came out quite favorably. And in a Viper vs. Yamaha motorcycle comparison in 96 the GTS was declared the winner, despite blowing up. And so on. :usa:
