HOOOOO-LEEEEEEE SHIIIIIIIII......

Alright, so I've seen the posts. I knew what was going on. I've seen pics. I knew it'd look sick. But for some reason my retinas were not prepared for this. Damn, Dave...you outdid yourself.

You up for another Austin roadtrip to show it off, or do you have any Dallas get-togethers sometime soon?

Hi Dave. The changes are definitely for the better. The one thing I think you now need to reconsider is the word DODGE on the side of the car. It really takes away from the overall look and clean lines of the car. If someone does not know that a Viper is a Dodge, that person is too dumb or ignorant to be out and about unescorted.

You do realize this is DAVE you are speaking of right? :D:crazy2:

Just busting your chops Dave, looks great! To tell you the truth, I have really never liked red/white stripe Vipers to much looks to "christmasy" but now that I have seen what you have done with yours, well....I reconsidered and they look awesome! Great job.

Wow Dave the whole package, the rims, brake kit, etc all came together very good. You did a good pick with the chrome wheels. Oh and yes it was very sunny today and yesterday.

I was thinking the same thing.

Dave those rims look absolutely horrible. Take them off that car and send them to me immediately so I can dispose of them. :D

Seriously though, it looks killer. But I have to agree that the Dodge emblems really take away from the great looks of the car. Sorry.

This is a question for Dave and any other shutterbugs perusing this thread:

How do you feel about shooting your car in public like that? There have been times that I've thought "wow...this would be a great shot of my car" but didn't want to shoot a few pics in full public view then climb into the car. That hasn't stopped me from doing it every time, but sometimes it's prevented me from doing it. Sort of like the car equivalent of checking yourself out in the mirror...

I know a lot of us do it, but does anyone else have the internal battle, or am I just neurotic?

Yes, I have thought the same several times but then realize I don't really care what people think or say :rolaugh:

I remember I did this at the beach while people were standing next to me and also over next to my car. It was comical because my friend played along and we pretended to talk about how lucky the owner must be to own that car and just made the car sound really HOT haha... Not sure if the same people were still around, but a little later while people were standing next to my car we walked over to it, got in and drove off. :D

Other times, I'll just give the camera to someone else and have them take some shots.. either way it doesn't really matter.. if the opportunity comes about for a good photo shoot, might as well....
