Yes...we're going to split your sides with laughter once again! :D Great food, great fun and our now infamous year end award ceremony! I understand MC Speed and Production Manager Chaz are busy making plans to step it up a notch this year! :eek: (Is that even humanly possible?)

Saturday evening, December 9th.
Connolly's Pub (managed by our own Captree Rose)
14 East 47th Street, NYC

Note: The Rock Center Tree is just 3 blocks away

i gotta give the owner some U2 photos since he is a big U2 fan. if i do he will close down the street ( since he is a NYPD cop) for our vipers to park. if you dont feeli like driving grand cetral terminal is 4 blocks away and penn station is a $5 cab ride. i wonder what steve and charlie are upto this year?

For you single guys I heard "Grandma" is looking for an after party date for the evening of our party (P.S. I also have heard a couple of drinks and shes all yours )

Easily when you have too many things going on. Planned it almost three months ago and my partner was doing the open houses. Oh well. WE SOLD THEM ALL. That is all that matters.

The Awards Video Presentation is well in the works and I understand that the previews have been EXTREMELY well received. If you can make the time for our party, you ought not to miss the opportumity. It's an evening that you will not soon forget!
