Still geting up to speed with this board. It's great and I'm loving all the input from you guys who've had their snakes for a while and have already learned some of the things I'm trying to learn now.
Regarding the ECU, how often will it be necessary to have a tech recalibrate or run some kind of diagnostic program to keep things optimal?

Thanks in advance

If you're referring to the MOPAR ECU, it's never necessary to have a tech service it. All the 'calibration' you hear about is the ECU gradually tuning the air/fuel mixture and ignition curve to work with the modifications you have on the car.

FWIW, your stock ECU does the same thing. Unless you're getting a 'check engine' light or have done modifications to engine internals (rockers, head, etc.) the MOPAR ECU is probably a waste of money.
