Rules:
Stock long block
headers and exhaust ok
any fuel
Out of the box DIY...no tuner upgrades/systems
Allowing
any internal mods, but not allowing cars having tuner upgrades to their supercharger system in your little survey is kind of self-serving isn't it?
Are you trying to compare real world Roe vs Paxton data, or just pat yourself on the back?
Might as well limit it to blue GTSs with white stripes while you're at it..
My my, somebodies ******* are in a ***.
Did you read the part about "stock long block" ?? How does a stock long block
"Allow
any internal mods" ?
Ahhh...it doesn't
Do you actually know what a long block is ? It doesn't sound like it from your post
Stock long block EXCLUDES ME so there goes your "pat yourself on the back theory"
You sir are the one that brought up the Roe s/c ? Why ? There are plenty of Roe vs Paxton threads....I don't need to see another one. I'm looking for data.
The reason I made the post is because I NEVER hear about a basic Paxton set up on a gen2. Are there guys buying these and installing them ? Do they ever race ?
I don't care who installs it or tunes it as long as it's tuned with the Split Second Paxton box, uses the Paxton fuel pumps, brackets, pulleys, stock fuel system just like Paxton recommends. In other words...call Paxton order the kit and install it or have a tuner install it
just like it comes out of the box
As far as the cream puffs....sorry.

If there is a cream puff out there with an out of the box Paxton and forged pistons and NO other mods to the long block then sure...throw it in. It's doubtful there is one around like stated. That brings another question...why do the pistons matter ? Gen3's are creampuffs and do extremely well. Are the gen2 kits limited to forged piston cars ? Do they make more boost than a gen3 ?
Finally, (to anyone) if you don't like my poll.....start your own
