Roe s/c 10 lb pulley needed asap

What if I inject Nos or H2O/****?

Which choice would be better? The oversized crank pulley or the smaller blower pulley?

For street use, just driving around, your intake air temps are gonna be pretty high (over 250-275). when under boost, you'll be ok... but intake air temps on the street are bad.
