So I removed the part and measured the threads properly. It is 11/16 - 20 X 7/163/4 and 5/8 - Are you talking about the wrench flats on the sensor? You need to focus on the pipe thread size in the block and the connector.
There are several PN for aftermarket options that used to be in production but like the oem, are not anymore.

I've done some further digging to see what else happened to use that part and have come up with this list.
Viper 92-96
Monaco 90-92
Eagle Premier 88-92
I assume the Viper team used the left over Monaco parts as the development years align. it's been said that the team used as many left over parts they could get their hands on to keep costs down.
