3/4 and 5/8 - Are you talking about the wrench flats on the sensor? You need to focus on the pipe thread size in the block and the connector.
So I removed the part and measured the threads properly. It is 11/16 - 20 X 7/16

There are several PN for aftermarket options that used to be in production but like the oem, are not anymore.

OEM Part number: 33004791 or 33004791AB (revised)
Standard Motor Products: PS-344

I've done some further digging to see what else happened to use that part and have come up with this list.

Viper 92-96
Monaco 90-92
Eagle Premier 88-92

I assume the Viper team used the left over Monaco parts as the development years align. it's been said that the team used as many left over parts they could get their hands on to keep costs down.

The switch cannot be re-sealed, it has a metal welded diaphragm inside that has cracked. We all need to find a compatible replacement.
So I have found that Standard Motor Products used to make the part. I have engaged them to see if, either they would be willing to make more, or if they have any leftover inventory.

I'll update this should I hear back from them.

Any luck finding this oil pressure sensor sender? A replacement seems impossible to find. Could a different switch with same threads work if we switch out the connector to match?

There was a very good thread about the gauge and sender from years back. One of the two, or possibly the combination are very heavily dampened. That makes for a slow response time to critical fluctuations in pressure readings.

Gen 1 fan relay replacement. The original low speed fan relay and high/low changover relays may no longer be available but this changover relay from Bosch is electrically and physically identical, except for the lack of the mounting scheme and skirt over the connector:

BOSCH 0986332022

It can be used in either fan relay location. When my low speed relay failed I used this relay to replace it. I also gutted the original relay from the body Dremeled out the cube part that is dimensionaly identical to the new relay, slid the new relay in from the bottom of the original housing and bonded the new relay in place so I could continue to use the mounting and skirt/latch. I would take a picture but the result looks identical to the original relay, so it doesnt show anything useful for the DIYer.

The National Officers of the Viper Club of America have decided to move forward on the "Old Parts Project". I will be working directly with the National Officers and SRT. The purpose of this post is to identify the Obsolete parts and list them here. We need your input: Let us know what you have not been able to get or replace on your car. When we get a list together this list will be presented to SRT.

Please list the year of the car, and describe the Obsolete Part. Things like fasteners, antenna mount, weather-strips, side curtains, soft tops or even specific parts of a soft top, AC system and parts, etc.

Please be patient and thanks.

The Gen 1 radio!!

I like all stock. The radio in my car died. After some searching I found a new radio, but now that one no longer plays tapes.

Call Don Scharf Auto. Should be able to find their number on google. Ask for the viper guy. They have a stash of viper stuff but don't advertise it.
