I am about to buy some new rear tires. I was planning on getting the BFG Drag radials until I heard they arent very good for handling at all. I dont really plan on road racing but I am really looking for something that hooks really good on the street along with taking turns somewhat fast. So should I go with the Kumhos or stay on track with the BFG's? Ooh and I have a 99 Rt/10 Mods are full B&B headers + exhaust, VEC 2, Vipair, Smooth tubes, S+B filters, and Nitrous Express 200 shot. ( hooking on the street is a must) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys :usa:

What bad things have you heard?? Looks like we have about the same set up. But I don't do any road racing. Mainly street racing with ocassional 1/4 mile track every once in a while. But I still want to go fast around turns if you know what I mean?

I have BFGs in my garage. Had them on for a while on the street, and it just felt like crap. Feels like you are floating all over the place and at higher speeds it really floats.
Forget about taking any corner with them on, as they are NOT meant for that.
They do stick well in a straight line, that's for sure.

I had Kumhos on previously(17" wheels--pre BBS wheels). And they are awesome. Stick great too, not quite like the BFGs, but they are made for cornering too.

Go with the Kumhos if you are mainly street !
