I like the paypal option for joining but maybe I am have a dec holiday moment..after filling out the form on paypay It only charges 60 dollers for intenational members.(western canada)..am I spose to join the USA site also ? or did I do It correctly...just a little confused...then again im confused most of the time come to think of it
