Warranty Transfer Problem

This one is probably for the Wizard.

I unfortunately sold my GTS in August of last year and had the DC warranty transfered over to the new owner. However the dealership I did the transfer at botched it up and the transfer never took place. What action should I take? Go directly to the dealer or contact DC to get the transfer handled? Unfortunately I never got a receipt and the guy doing the transfer seemed like he was in a rush, etc...

I guess I could always go back to the dealership or some other dodge dealer and have them do it again.

Have you VIN# and or the contrat # when you call them. Maybe they can help?
