THinking of getting Vipermeds new hood to replace mine.. IF I were to sell my hood , what is it worth now and is anyone interested?

The ones I've come across are listed for $3000 - $4000.

The Vipermed hood looks awesome ! How much is Scott selling his Vented hoods for ?

Gerald, I would be going down the same road you are if I didnt have an FE. That hood that Scott made is just SOOO cool. SON OF A B*TCH. I just HAD to buy a Final Edition, and I HAVE to keep it matching numbers... (well, not really, but yeah...crap)

On the other hand, I hear Stock Hoods make REALLY good wall ornaments...heh

When I crashed my first Viper (2000 RT-10)

The insurance appraisal came back and said the hood was appraised at $28,100 (Canadian $)!!

Did you guys know the Viper hood is the biggest single piece ever designed for a car? You would have to look at the space shuttle to find a bigger piece. :2tu:

What a tough battle. If you plan to one day sell the car, then keep the stock parts, if you plan to kep her forever, forget about it and mod the [******] out of her and never look back!

What number is your FE? I would bet a low number like 1-50 is worth more, as well as the last one produced.
