who's Viper got stuck on calif. 57 frwy

I was heading to the beach to visit relatives when I noticed a nice graphite gray on the side of the 57 freeway getting hooked up on a flatbed. What Happen? Out of gas?
I have come razor close to running out of fuel so many times.
