On my fgts,i can just plug trickle charger in the 12v in dash.Will it be the same on gen 4.

We can do that on our Gen IV. Depends on the trickle-charger? We don't like to hard-wire it as we CAN drive the cars occasionally in the winter. Winter bums, doesn't it???? DRAT! ~juli

Yes, using the recepticle in the center console glove box. That is exactly how I do it.
