tell me exactly how to remove the center console (on 04) so I can install a B&M ripper? For example, do I have to remove gauge/ radio black dash cover? I have looked at the "How To" posted, but that console is not 2003-2005. I have checked the shop manual and no help there. Pictures would be great. WHere do I start?
